U.S. Orders:

International Orders:
- Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
- Exclusions: Currently, we do not offer shipping to Russia and South Africa.

- Return Period: Customers may return items within 7 days of order delivery.
- Refunds: A full refund will be issued for returned items.
- Condition of Return: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all original boxes and packaging.
- Restocking Fee: For used items or items missing their original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

Love the colors
My first shipment were all neon colors. And by neon, I mean NEON! There was Neon fuchsia, orange, yellow, green, and blue. Out of all of these, the orange is the hardest to see so will probably not get that much use. I think it will have to go down on darker paper, like black or grey. I'm looking forward to what next month has in store for me.
One of my vials had some sediment of some sort—otherwise perfect and I loved the set of colors and the pen!
